Castle View in Antequera, is an ideal summer and winter holiday location in the old Spanish quarter of historic area. It is a five minute stroll downhill to the centre of Antequera.

All bed linen is provided plus bath, hand and pool towels. Rates include cleaning fees.
There is free on street parking available outside Castle View and in the immediate vicinity, and cheap public parking throughout the town (there is free parking for the supermarkets).
Local Food Shop
There is a local house shop for fresh bread, milk, hams, cheese, beer, etc. Turn left outside the front door and No.47 is on the right hand side of the street. It is 30 seconds away.
There is a van delivery of fresh bread varieties in the morning. It usually stops outside the front door to deliver to our neighbours. Listen for the hoot!

Specifics
The property is formally Licensed for holiday letting with the appropriate authorities.
Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. After this the initial deposit will be retained. This will be refunded if an equivalent replacement rental occurs.
A 100 euro returnable damage deposit is required, and can be paid in euros upon arrival. This is refunded upon departure.
There is a no smoking policy in the house at Castle View, but smokers are welcome to do so on the roof terrace.
The kitchen contains a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils.
Water, milk, coffee, tea and sugar, are provided for arrival.
Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer.
Hair dryer.
Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit.
